Full Job Description

Hi fantastic service and cosy nature of the hotel help create a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for a cook & Chef to join and lead our kitchen team.

Working closely with the Licensee you will:

Manage and drive the venue’s kitchen and catering activities. You will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the production and delivery of high-quality dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and preparing all kitchen requirements for the delivery of quality and consistent meals.
Managing food costs, budgets, staffing and rostering for the kitchen operations.
Monitor and manage all WHS and hygiene standards in the kitchen, and resolve or escalate incidents or concerns as necessary.
Creating, planning and implementing bistro and function menus.

About you

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experienced leading a busy kitchen team.
A collaborative approach with management.
A keen eye for the detail.
Excellent communicator.
Great time management.
Innovate and flexible.
Have working rights in Australia – 482,186,494 DAMA Visa sponsorship would be considered for the right candidate.
