Seeking an Registered/ Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly Gp's & Allied Health team. Casual position available.

Registered/ Enroll Nurse with experience in GP setting

Responsibilities and Requirements

Assisting the general practitioners in delivering medical services which include patient triage, acute illness, health assessments, vaccination administration,Injury management, rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
Daily co-ordination of the treatment room: stock control, general maintenance and equipment
Care Plans and Health Assessments
Triage
Immunisation management
Wound management
Diagnostic procedures e.g .ECG
Infection Control
Ear Syringing
Assisting doctors with surgical procedures
Managing recall and reminder systems
Identifying & contributing to the development of patient educational needs
Implementing and practising infection control
Current AHPRA Nurse registration
Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
Excellent communication skills and positive working attitude with a collaborative approach to patient care, compassion and professionalism
The proven ability to multi-task, problem solve and excellent time management skills
High level of computer literacy and IT knowledge
