About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Respiratory Scientist to join our team. This is a diverse and rewarding role with exposure to both respiratory and sleep medicine, as well as opportunities to be involved in clinical trials and research coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive lung function testing (spirometry, lung volumes, DLCO)
- Perform bronchoprovocation testing (mannitol, exercise challenge)
- Perform CPET, FeNO, CBGs, allergy tests
- Maintain high standards of data quality, reporting, and equipment calibration
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the broader team
- Opportunity to contribute to our growing clinical trials program
- Potential to take on responsibilities as a Clinical Trial Coordinator
- Involvement in patient recruitment, study visits, and data collection
- Work alongside experienced investigators in respiratory and sleep research
About You
- Degree in Respiratory Science, Clinical Physiology, or equivalent
- Experience in pulmonary function testing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Interest in research and clinical trials (highly regarded)
Desirable
- CRFS accreditation or working towards
- Previous experience in a private practice or research setting
