Office Clerk / Payroll Administrator
Red Cacao – Mt Barker, SA

Red Cacao is a premium chocolate manufacturer and retailer committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk with payroll administration experience to join our team in Mt Barker.

About the Role

This is a diverse administrative position that supports the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will assist with office administration, payroll processing, record management, customer service, and general business support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain weekly and fortnightly payroll records accurately and confidentially
Assist with employee timesheets, leave records, and payroll-related enquiries
Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records
Manage filing, invoicing, and document control systems
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Support stock administration, order processing, and supplier communications
Prepare reports and assist management with administrative tasks
Maintain an organised and professional office environment

About You

Previous experience in an office administration or clerical role
Payroll processing experience or exposure to payroll systems is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach
