Would you like to brighten someone’s day? Our residents can’t wait to meet you. The Salvation Army Aged Care is calling YOU! Smiling and laughing are contagious, so we’d love you to join our compassionate team of workers and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents!
Share Your Talents in one-on-one interactions or in our group activities and outings. Share your love of arts and crafts, or gardening, read a book/newspaper /magazine, play cards or a board game, listen to music with a resident, do manicures. A couple of hours a week or fortnight will make a huge difference in the lives of our residents and provide valuable support to our Lifestyle team.
Support our Lifestyle Team on outings – if you have the right drivers license you could be helping to drive our residents to visit some of the lovely sights around town or supporting our drivers and team taking our residents on outings and to appointments.
