Reliant Health Care Pty Ltd is proudly Accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), and services NDIS Participants, Support At Home recipients and Private clients of all ages with expectations of the highest quality in Case Management and Care staff.

We are looking for English speaking Home Carers to work with our clients around Mortlake area in Victoria,

As a Home Carer your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients.

Your responsibilities:

Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan
Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication assistance
Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients

Your requirements:

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role
Have a current Police Check – Required
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email, and internet
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
Drivers licence and car – Desirable
Fluent proficiency in English.
