At Next Gen Clubs, we have a clear vision to create the best premium health, fitness, and wellness experiences within Australia and New Zealand. As part of this exciting evolution, we are continuing to expand our industry-leading Group Fitness offering and launching innovative new wellness experiences within our premium clubs.

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and energetic Group Fitness Instructors to be part of a growing premium wellness journey, helping to positively impact the lives of our members through world-class fitness and wellness experiences.

We are looking for passionate Group Fitness Instructors who would love the opportunity to change people’s lives within a premium health club environment.

We are seeking vibrant and energetic Group Fitness Instructors to help build and deliver our comprehensive Group Fitness timetable across seven days a week, from 6:00am through to 8:30pm.

Our Premium Wellness Space

As part of our continued investment in premium health and wellness experiences, we are expanding our Group Fitness offering with a dedicated Wellness Space featuring:

Reformer Pilates
Infrared Yoga
Infrared Pilates
Infrared Stretch & Mobility
Infrared Meditation & Breathwork
Sound Bath & Recovery Sessions
Premium recovery and wellness-focused experiences
Boutique-style small group training environments

This is an exciting opportunity for instructors who are passionate about delivering premium wellness experiences and helping members improve both physical and mental wellbeing.

Essential Criteria:

Registered Fitness Leader
Les Mills qualified (where applicable)
Reformer Pilates qualification highly regarded
Current Working With Children / Vulnerable People Check
Current CPR Certification
Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:

Deliver outstanding Group Fitness classes across a 7-day timetable from 6:00am to 8:30pm
Exceed member expectations through high-energy, engaging, and safe class delivery
Support timetable participation through both regular and cover classes
Create a motivating, inclusive, and fun environment for members of all fitness levels
Build strong relationships with members and contribute positively to club culture
Maintain exceptional presentation, professionalism, and class standards
