Production Manager – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. This is a leadership role focused on driving operational efficiency, maintaining top-tier quality, and building a strong, collaborative team culture. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be instrumental in achieving production goals while exceeding customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan & Coordinate: Develop and oversee production schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Optimize Operations: Ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing processes with a focus on superior quality.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production supervisors and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process innovation, implement lean manufacturing principles and reduce inefficiencies.
Collaboration: Partner with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management.
Data-Driven Approach: Track operational KPIs, analyze challenges, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations or production management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in materials management and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
Proven leadership in supervising teams and driving measurable results.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced production environments.
