iPlay Australia is opening its first Melbourne location at iPlay Frankston this July, and we are looking for Supervisors and Customer Service Attendants to help bring the fun to life. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to be part of a flagship launch.

As we prepare to open iPlay Frankston, we are building a brand-new team of passionate, upbeat, and customer-driven individuals who want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning.
You will shine in this role if you have:

- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, public holidays)
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating great experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Supervisory Roles – Additional Requirements:
- Cash-handling and basic financial responsibility experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Understanding of retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations
- Ability to motivate and support team members
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
A current Police Check is required for all supervisory roles and must be maintained throughout employment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in arcades or entertainment venues
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Relevant hospitality, retail, or leadership qualifications
Important Start Date Information:
- iPlay Frankston opens in July
- Successful applicants may start earlier for training
- Prior training will ensure you are confident, prepared, and ready for opening day
