Chef de Partie

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum
Based in Mornington

DM Employment Services Pty Ltd, hiring for DOC Mornington is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

If you are looking for a great opportunity in a terrific coastal location this may be the role for you.

Working in a well-established kitchen, preparing, and serving authentic Italian food, you can feel proud of your cooking as part of a cohesive team within the iconic DOC restaurant group.

The ideal candidate will present with:

Relevant qualifications no less than a Diploma level, plus 12 months full time employment experience; or at least 3-years employment experience without a qualification.
Knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine
Ability and experience working autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen with a talented kitchen staff
Ability to deliver high quality cuisine
Experience planning menus and specials
Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends
