Do you have a passion for creating warm, genuine first impressions? At Dental Boutique Mornington, we’re looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist to deliver exceptional service that reflects our five-star patient experience.

You’ll be the first smile our patients see greeting them with professionalism, empathy, and care, while ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have experience in hospitality, reception, or luxury customer service, this is your chance to bring your skills to an award-winning cosmetic dental brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for a calm, welcoming, and premium patient experience. Your day will include:

Greeting every patient with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure
Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care
Coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs seamlessly
Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
Maintaining a pristine, welcoming reception area that reflects our luxury brand
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a smooth and memorable patient journey

What You’ll Bring

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or guest services
Display strong interpersonal soft skills: communication, multitasking, and remaining calm, organised, and attentive under pressure
Problem solving and adaptability in a fast paced environment
A polished, professional manner with a genuine passion for people
High attention to detail you take pride in the little things that make a big difference, showing consistency in your work
A positive, team-oriented attitude that uplifts those around you by being dependable
