No Rent. Real Leads. Paid Mentoring.

Location: South Yarra, VIC

Type: Casual

Pay: $38.35–$46/hr + super + commission

Start: ImmediatePersonal Trainer Position | Mount Martha, VICNo Rent. A Full Diary. Real Mentoring Every Week

Casual personal training role in Mount Martha, VIC, starting immediately. $40.16 to $46 per hour, plus super and commission. Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week.

A diary that fills itself Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

Mentoring that pays for itself A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

Your own PT assistant Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Is There A Catch

There is not one. But this only works if you are the right person:

Open You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.Accountable You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.Hungry You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.

That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

What This Actually Looks Lik

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.
