We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes and potentially offer 1:1 sessions. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, from those managing injuries to those pursuing general fitness and wellbeing.

We’re an established studio located within a thriving multidisciplinary clinic, and we’re looking to expand our team. If you're passionate about movement, love working collaboratively, and want to be part of a holistic health environment—this could be the perfect fit.

Our studio offers high-quality Mat and Reformer Pilates in a professional, wellness-focused setting. We work closely with allied health professionals—including physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists—to provide integrated care and exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading small group Mat and Reformer Pilates classes (max 4–6 participants)
Creating safe, personalised, and engaging programs
Collaborating with allied health practitioners on client care
Maintaining a welcoming and professional studio environment

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates
Experience in a studio or clinical setting (1–2 years preferred, but open to new grads)
Confident working with clients of all abilities, including rehab populations
Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice to Have:

Background in allied health (e.g., Physio, EP, Osteo)
Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Interest in professional development and ongoing learning
