Job Description
Lead the delivery and growth of a new outpatient clinic at Ramsay Clinic Beleura, providing a high-performing, patient-centred service for patients seeking mental health support. The Practice Manager will oversee clinic operations, optimise utilisation, and support psychiatrists in private practice.
This role is central to driving exceptional patient experience, strong consumer engagement, and a positive, welcoming culture.
With accountability for compliance, financial performance and sustainability, this is a key leadership role in expanding local mental health services.
About You:
Lead the launch of a new outpatient clinic at Ramsay Clinic Beleura, delivering a high-performing and patient-centred model for consulting psychiatrists. As Practice Manager, you will drive day-to-day operations, optimise utilisation, and enable psychiatrists to build and sustain successful private practice.
You will shape a seamless patient experience through streamlined bookings, billing and clinic flow, while fostering strong consumer engagement and a warm, welcoming culture for patients, clinicians and staff. With accountability for compliance, financial performance and sustainability, this is a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health services to the Mornington Peninsula community.
