Full Job Description

We are a premium, service‑driven chauffeur company based in Melbourne. We are seeking a professional Chauffeur Driver who takes pride in presentation, safety and outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

Safely transport clients across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Provide warm, friendly and discreet customer service, including greeting clients and handling luggage.
Maintain immaculate vehicle presentation inside and out, including cleaning between jobs and basic vehicle checks.
Plan and follow efficient routes using strong knowledge of Melbourne roads, traffic and major landmarks.
Use company systems, apps and SOPs to manage bookings, updates and reporting.
Protect client privacy and follow all company policies and Victorian road rules at all times.

Skills and attributes

Strong customer service mindset and genuine love of serving others professionally.
Powerful communication skills and clear, polite spoken English.
Immaculate personal grooming and professional attire at all times.
Eye for detail in vehicle and personal presentation.
Calm, safe, defensive driving style.
Reliable, punctual and able to follow SOPs, checklists and instructions.
Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of client confidentiality.

Requirements

Full, unrestricted Victorian driver licence.
Excellent driving record (minimal demerit points).
No criminal record and willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
Legal right to work in Australia.
Medically fit to drive and handle luggage safely.
CPV driver accreditation in Victoria, or willingness and eligibility to obtain (highly regarded).
Previous chauffeur or professional driving experience is an advantage but not essential for the right person.
