Our services include interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, protective coatings, decorative finishes, repainting, and maintenance works. Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primers as required
Apply paints, varnishes, stains, sealants, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Carry out interior and exterior painting works for residential and commercial projects
Interpret job specifications, colour requirements, and client instructions to achieve desired finishes
Select, prepare, and mix paints to obtain required colours and textures
Ensure all painting works are completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail
Apply decorative finishes and protective coatings according to project requirements
Inspect completed work and identify areas requiring touch-ups or corrections
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and organised manner
Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including safe handling of materials and equipment
Work efficiently to meet project timelines and quality expectations
Coordinate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other tradespeople on-site
Identify and resolve surface preparation and coating issues during projects

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience working as a Painter
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, finishes, and surface preparation methods
Experience working on residential and/or commercial painting projects
Ability to use painting tools, equipment, and spray systems effectively
Ability to interpret job instructions, specifications, and project requirements
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality finishes
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and physically capable of performing manual duties
