400 Gradi Mornington is looking for experienced Front of House leaders to join our team.

Required: Previous experience in a fast-paced FOH leadership, supervisor or assistant manager role
Salary: Award rates apply based on role, classification and experience
Location: Mornington VIC 3931 — 400 Gradi Mornington

About the Role:

400 Gradi Mornington is part of the Gradi Group, an award-winning hospitality group known for authentic Italian cuisine, warm service and creating memorable dining experiences.

This is a hands-on Front of House leadership opportunity within our busy Mornington restaurant. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who can lead by example, support service and help maintain strong guest experience standards during busy shifts.

This position is suited to candidates with strong accountability, flexibility and experience working in a fast-paced venue.

You will be working closely with the Venue Manager and wider team to support daily operations, service flow, staff guidance and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the FOH team during service
Assist with daily venue operations and service flow
Support guest experience and resolve service issues professionally
Guide, coach and support team members during shifts
Maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
Assist with rostering, shift planning and operational needs where required
Support cash handling, reconciliations and stock monitoring where relevant
Ensure RSA, food safety, company policy and workplace safety standards are followed
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and management teams

About You:

Experience in a similar FOH leadership, supervisory or assistant management role
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality venue
Strong accountability and flexibility
Confident leading a team during busy service periods
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Reliable, organised and able to multitask under pressure
Current RSA
Available to work weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster
Full working rights in Australia
