CNC Miller/Turner

GEM Resourcing is recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller based in O'Connor, WA 6163. This is a long-term opportunity to join a reputable company servicing the oil & gas and mining industries. The role involves precision machining of parts using CNC milling equipment in a workshop environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in CNC machining, ideally with exposure to CAM software. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is seeking stable, ongoing employment. Training and support will be provided where required.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Competency in CNC mill setup and operation
Experience using CAM software for programming and modifications
Capability to machine components for oil & gas and mining applications
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to quality and meeting tight tolerances
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
Commitment to safety and consistent work standards

To be considered for these positions, you must be able to provide the following:

Reference contact details of two past employers
Based already in Perth, WA
Have the right to work in Australia
Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Mechanical Trade) or extensive experience in CNC Machining
