About the Role

As a Surgical / Implant Dental Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting clinicians during a range of surgical and implant procedures while ensuring patients receive outstanding care and reassurance throughout their treatment journey.

Your responsibilities may include:

Chairside assistance during implant and surgical procedures
Preparation and setup of surgical instruments and treatment rooms
Maintaining strict infection control and sterilisation standards
Assisting with patient education and post-operative instructions
Managing stock, surgical materials, and equipment
Supporting clinicians to ensure procedures run efficiently and smoothly
Creating a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for patients

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

An experienced Dental Nurse (implant or surgical experience highly regarded)
Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
Calm and professional under pressure
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Able to anticipate clinician needs during procedures
Committed to maintaining high clinical standards
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Eager to learn and continually develop their skills

Experience assisting with implant, surgical, or advanced restorative procedures is highly desirable, although additional training can be provided for the right candidate.
