Full Job Description

We are looking for a front office assistant to join our dynamic team.

We will also consider an office junior.

As a Front Office Assistant you will:

Engage with clients to offer assistance and up/cross-sell products and services
Answer phone calls and emails
Support the resolution of clients queries
Prepare orders and issuing invoices
Have passion for customer service
Possess excellent communication skills
Have interpersonal and time management skills
Possess strong attention to details
Have high standard of personal presentation

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

Ability to engage with clients and provide an exceptional service experience
Ability to develop a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
A vibrant, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
Basic knowledge of SAP or a similar accounting software (preferred)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
