Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
-
Assisting customers to identify and source the correct truck and trailer parts
-
Providing outstanding customer service and technical support
-
Processing sales, orders and warranty claims
-
Using parts catalogues and systems to find solutions quickly and accurately
-
Supporting inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities when required
-
Working closely with branch team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-
Building strong relationships with customers across the transport industry
Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates with:

Parts Interpreter experience

Heavy vehicle, trucking or transport industry experience

Diesel mechanic or heavy vehicle technician backgrounds

Agricultural machinery experience

Automotive parts or service experience
-
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
You'll also bring:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

A positive attitude and team-focused approach

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliability and a strong work ethic
Desirable but Not Essential

Previous truck or trailer parts experience

Stock control or warehousing experience

Forklift Licence (LF)

Experience using inventory or parts management systems
