About the opportunity
As a Postal Delivery Coordinator, you’ll lead a frontline delivery team to ensure mail and parcels are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while supporting day-to-day operations and team performance.

You’ll be
-
Provide high level advice and support coordination to assist the Delivery Manager and facility staff.

Drive performance and process improvement initiatives.
-
Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of all facets of Australia Post’s Diversity and OH&S Policies and Procedures.

Assist with the processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed.

Coach and where needed conduct performance conversations.
About you
-
You hold a current motorcycle licence (provisional or full)
-
You're motivated and able to bring the best out of people under your leadership.

Strong leadership and team building experience.

Experience in coaching and mentoring co-workers.

Strong customer service focus involving direct contact with customers.

Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Proven experience of prioritising, planning and scheduling.

Ability to be flexible during periods of change.
