Are you a recent accounting graduate looking to gain real-world experience and grow your career in a supportive and professional environment? C&W Financial Services is seeking a Graduate Accountant to join our team in Moree, Narrabri, or Wee Waa, with flexible working conditions available.

Your Responsibilities

Hands-On Accounting Experience – Assist in preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements (BAS) for a range of clients.
Cloud-Based Accounting – Work with leading cloud-based platforms to manage client data efficiently.
Business & Tax Advisory Support – Gain exposure to client-facing work, helping businesses navigate tax planning and compliance.
Accounting Software Training – Work with Xero, MYOB, Phoenix, Reckon, and QuickBooks (training provided).
Client Relationship Development – Support senior accountants in managing client queries and building strong relationships.
Mentorship & Career Development – Receive ongoing training, coaching, and career guidance from experienced professionals.

What We’re Looking For

Recently completed (or near completion) a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and develop your skills within a fast-paced accounting firm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (experience with accounting software is a plus, but training will be provided).
A team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (including New Zealand Citizens).
