About Us:

Join PETRO Industrial, a proudly Australian-owned and operated business that leads the industry in manufacturing and marketing Containerised Self Bunded Tanks. Specialising in the storage and dispensing of Diesel, Biodiesel, Petrol (Gasoline), Aviation Fuels, Lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and Waste Oil, we manage end-to-end project processes in our Narangba-based office. Working closely with our customers, we custom design, manufacture, and commission bulk fuel storage solutions to their project scopes. As a one-stop-shop, we are experiencing exponential growth in the market.

About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator at PETRO Industrial, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager. This role is office-based in Narangba, Monday – Friday.

Remuneration package:

We offer an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with your work experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Develop, assess, and negotiate alterations to contracts, projects, and services.

· Address inquiries and resolve issues regarding contracts, projects, and service delivery, ensuring satisfaction among stakeholders.

· Manage all documentation related to contracts, projects, and provided services efficiently.

· Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering Professionals, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives seamlessly.

· Provide advice to senior management on critical matters and implement decisions as instructed.

· Supervise contractor’s activities, ensuring compliance with work orders and reporting any deviations.

· Prepare and review submissions and reports on organisational activities comprehensively.

· Analyse project related data and report on project outcomes and performance.

· Evaluate and coordinate arrangements for new office accommodations in alignment with organisational needs.

Assist various departments with administrative duties.

Successful Candidates must have:

Experience working with Executive-level managers.
Diploma or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with corresponding duties.
Strong business understanding.
High attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
