At Greencross Morayfield, we’re a stable team with strong staff longevity and a Veterinary Director who is on the floor supporting the day, not just “available”. We share cases, ideas, and the practical stuff that makes a shift run better. We keep the standard high without making the job heavy.
We’ve also recently refurbished the clinic, so it’s a bright, modern space that’s genuinely nice to work in. And we’ve got a real track record of interns growing into paid team members, which says a lot about how we back development and bring people along properly.

Consults and routine surgery with a focus on evidence-based care
Clear, thoughtful client communication and follow-up
Using Smart Flow and clinic systems to keep workflow tight
Contributing to case discussions and backing your teammates
