Full Job Description

HC/HR Driver & Labourer – Civil Construction

Location: Moranbah
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking HC/HR Driver & Labourer to join our growing civil construction team. This is a hands-on role requiring a combination of truck driving and general labouring duties across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate HC/HR vehicles to transport materials, plant, and equipment
Assist with loading and unloading of materials
Carry out general labouring duties on-site (shovelling, spotting, site clean-up, assisting trades)
Support plant operators and supervisors as required
Conduct pre-starts and basic vehicle maintenance checks
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures
Work across multiple sites as needed

Requirements

Valid HC or HR Driver Licence
Construction industry experience (civil preferred)
White Card (Construction Induction)
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
Reliable transport and punctuality
Ability to work in a team environment
