Mower Operator - Moranbah
Isaac Regional Council is seeking a positive and engaged individual to join our Parks and Recreation team as a Mower Operator, based in Moranbah. Reporting to the Team Leader Parks and Recreation, this hands-on role is responsible for operating a range equipment including (but not limited to) mowers, tractor/slashers, lawn edgers, and brush cutters, to undertake general maintenance tasks, and support the delivery of high-quality parks and recreation services across the region.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain plant & equipment
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar position
- C Class Drivers Licence
- Blue/white general safety induction for construction card
If you are successful in this position, you will receive:
- Salary $66,375.54 - $67,578.63 per annum (Stream B, Level 3-4)
- Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
