This is a full-time fixed term contract position working Monday to Friday – 38 hour week.

The Role
Reporting to the Area Operations Supervisors, you will be an integral part of the team, providing operational and administrative support across BMA sites within the North Bowen Basin. We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support Goonyella Riverside, Peak Downs, Caval Ridge and Saraji operations.
You will achieve this by:
Maintain personnel compliance records, site access requirements, and training documentation across BMA systems.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and organise travel arrangements, meals, accommodation, and training courses.
Manage invoicing requirements, including processing, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
Keeping the team stocked with uniforms, PPE, and stationery requirements.
Managing SAP purchase orders and support general procurement processes.
Assist with training programs, maintaining confidential personnel and training records, and ensuring competency validity.
Collaborate with other DNAP Administrators to ensure consistency across sites.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, provide administrative cover for other sites as needed, and uphold excellent organisational skills.
A friendly and professional approach, coupled with the ability to 'go the extra mile', is essential to this position. This is a genuine "all-rounder" administrative function that requires the ability to accomplish several complex administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
