Telephone Debt Collector – Boost Collections (Mulgrave)
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Telephone Debt Collectors to join our team in our Mulgrave office. **WE HAVE MULTIPLE ROLES**
This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, negotiating repayment solutions, and delivering strong outcomes while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

Boost Collections is part of the Commercial Credit Services Group, established in 2001. With over two decades of experience in the debt recovery industry, we combine the strength, systems, and scale of a large agency with the personalised approach of a boutique firm.
We pride ourselves on transparency, performance, and respectful engagement, helping clients recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Office hours
·We are open Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 8:30pm & Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Role Requirements
You must be:
- Able to Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Able to Commit to at least 18 hours per week
- Fully available on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Commitment – you must be able to commit to at least 18 months with our business, hopefully longer, as there is a lot to learn and it takes time, so don’t apply if you cannot commit to 18 months.
- Shifts are available starting every hour from 8:30am
- Must be a Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
Student Applicants
Students are welcome to apply; however:
- You must still meet the minimum 3 shifts and 18 hours per week requirement
- You must be able to maintain consistent availability, regardless of exams or assignments
- You MUST be well organised, with a clear plan to balance, Study, Social life, Family commitments & Work responsibilities
