Full Job Description

About the Role:

Redefined Beauty is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beautician to join our dynamic Eastland Ringwood team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of beauty treatments and a passion for helping clients achieve their desired look.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of beauty services, including:

Eyelash Extensions (Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Mega Volume, Natural Volume)
Lash Lifts and Tints
Brow Lamination and Tinting
Eyebrow Threading and Waxing
Body Waxing
Facials
Cosmetic Tattooing (Microblading, Ombre, Powder Brow, Lip Liner, Eyeliner)
Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven minimum 1 year experience as a Beautician with proficiency in the services listed above.
Relevant certifications or diplomas in beauty therapy or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
