The Role

Part-Time Opportunity (16.5 hours per week): Monday 9:00am–2:00pm, Thursday 9:00am–2:00pm, and Friday 9:00am–4:00pm.

At TerryWhite Chemmart, our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our pharmacy, and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day pharmacy operations. In this role, you will deliver a high level of customer service, provide product recommendations in the front of store, and advise on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate, ensuring quality and personable service to all our customers. You also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring a compliant workplace.

What We’re Looking For

Customer service and/or pharmacy experience (highly regarded)
A positive, self‑motivated attitude
Strong communication skills
A team‑first mindset
A “Dedicated to Care” approach to customer service
S2/S3 Qualification
Stock management experience is advantageous
