About the Role:
We require a full-time experienced senior gardener for our garden maintenance department. You will require strong horticultural knowledge and all-round garden/landscape skills to be successful in this position. As the successful applicant, you will take a leading role in our team, working in some of Melbourne’s best gardens, performing complete garden care and customer service for our clients.
Skills & Experience:

MUST reside and hold full Australian work rights

Minimum 3 years of high-end garden maintenance experience

Minimum of Certificate III in Horticulture or higher

Strong and detailed horticultural knowledge

A positive attitude and enthusiasm

Good work ethic – punctual, reliable and honest

A friendly, outgoing manner, with sound communication skills

An eye for detail and proven customer service skills

Ability to problem solve

Experience with irrigation systems and soft-landscaping is considered advantageous
