Ausbee Honey Pty Ltd is a successful honey producer and we are looking for experienced Apiarists to join our apiary team on the spectacular north coast of NSW, Australia. We offer a great team culture and the chance to visit some unique and beautiful parts of Australia.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Specialising in wholesale honey production, we run a full cycle honey enterprise. This means you will be travelling to far reaching bee sites one day and extracting in our coastal facilities the next. From breeding our own queens to using extraction and bulk packaging facilities, our focus across all parts of our business is on quality Australian honey.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial beekeeping experience
- Current apiary disease knowledge and experience
- Current queen bee breeding knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Have a clean police record
- Be reliable and be prepared to be part of the team
- Be strong fit and healthy
- Truck Licence would be an advantage
