Administration Officer (Part-Time, In-Centre)

Sunshine Coast | Vitality Movement Centre, Birtinya Join a growing Sunshine Coast clinic and be the first point of contact for our clients. Work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team in a modern space. Full-time, stable role with opportunities to grow.

About the Role

We're looking for an Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic.

You'll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians
Maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

Administration

Manage clinician diaries and scheduling
Process payments, invoices, and billing enquiries (NDIS, Medicare, private)
Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately
Assist with client communications and documentation
Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose
General admin including data entry, inbox management, and stock

About You

Minimum 2+ years of previous reception, administration, or customer service experience required
Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems
Healthcare, allied health, or NDIS experience highly regarded

Certifications:

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- Police Check completed within the last 3 months, or willingness to obtain
- Current influenza and COVID vaccination evidence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Medicare Provider Number, or willingness to obtain
