About the Role

Mollymook Beach Medical Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the office. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing office resources, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Determining, implementing, and reviewing office service standards and administrative system
Managing office records, documents, and accounts in an organised and compliant manner.
Allocating human resources, office space, and equipment effectively while assigning tasks to staff and monitoring their performance to ensure productivity and quality.
Liaising with professionals and stakeholders to coordinate business activities and resolve issues
Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained and readily available
Overseeing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Ensuring all operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures
Coordinating personnel activities including recruitment, training, payroll, supervision, and performance management
Organising and controlling office functions, including administrative systems and staff operations

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Qualification
At least one year of relevant experience in office management
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety and compliance requirements
