About the Role
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll support older people living in the community across areas including:
- Sussex Inlet
- Ulladulla
- Lake Conjola
- Burrill Lake and;
- Surrounding Shoalhaven communities
Support may include:
- Personal care and assistance with daily living
- Medication assistance (qualification required)
- Meal preparation and shopping support
- Light household tasks
- Social support and companionship
- Transport and community access

Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain):
- Australian Federal Police Check (no disclosable outcomes)
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability or equivalent
- Medication Assistance certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence with safe driving record
- Current vehicle registration and comprehensive insurance
- Working With Children Check
- COVID-19 vaccination (desirable but not a requirment)
Availability
We are ideally seeking team members available Monday to Friday across a mix of morning, afternoon, and early evening shifts between 7am and 7pm.
We understand flexibility matters and will consider a range of availability options.
