We are seeking a passionate and professional Makeup Artist & Beauty Consultant to join our retail team at one of the most iconic makeup brands in the industry.

You take pride in delivering exceptional service, creating tailored makeup experiences, and representing the M·A·C brand with confidence, artistry, and a polished professional image. As a M·A·C Artist, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including skill certifications, to support your growth, artistry, and success in the role.

Qualifications

Role Requirements

Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Participate in retail events and theme days
Maintain 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming standards.
Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

What We’re Looking For

Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
Ability to travel to other locations when required Impeccably groomed
