The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on and solutions-focused Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team based at our Minto site.
This role is the key frontline support contact for Resero Group employees across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore—helping keep our people connected, productive, and supported every day.
You’ll work across service desk support, device provisioning, network troubleshooting, Microsoft cloud services, and project delivery, while also helping improve the overall IT experience across the business.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where strong technical capability, communication skills, and a proactive mindset will make all the difference.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
Service Desk & User Support
- Provide IT support across the business
- Manage incidents, requests and user access through the Service Desk system
- Support onboarding, offboarding and internal staff changes
- Mentor other IT Staff on the Service Desk.
Infrastructure & Device Support
- Build and deploy laptops, PCs and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, printer and device issues
- Support system uptime and IT infrastructure reliability
Cloud & Systems Administration
- Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services
- Manage user accounts, access and system support
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support IT projects and improvement initiatives
- Help improve processes, systems and user experience
About you
You are calm under pressure, highly organised, and enjoy solving technical problems while helping people. You’re someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys working across a broad range of technologies and challenges.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk or IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of networking, devices, cloud services and end-user computing
- Experience working with ticketing or Service Desk platforms
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- IT qualifications, certifications or ITIL experience highly regarded
