As a Category Lead, you will be at the forefront of our sales growth, driving an unparalleled customer experience on the sales floor. You'll have the opportunity to nurture and develop a team of selling and sales support experts, empowering them to achieve both individual and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales floor with enthusiasm and expertise, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.
Oversee the overall appearance and day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Store Manager or Customer Experience Manager, or step up in their absence.
Develop and execute innovative strategies that accelerate store sales and set new benchmarks.
Act as a role model for best-in-class selling behaviors, providing coaching and guidance to elevate performance levels.
Motivate and empower associates, unlocking their individual potential for extraordinary selling results.
Foster a culture of continuous learning by developing the product knowledge of your team, enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional sales.
Take charge of the talent life cycle for your direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, training, development, performance management, terminations, and succession planning.
Lead your team in maintaining merchandise presentation standards, ensuring an engaging shopping environment.

Ideal Qualifications:

Previous retail management experience in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow-up, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to juggle complex and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail, even while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in talent assessment, coaching, development, and performance management.
Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills to drive success.
High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity to foster inclusive team dynamics.
