Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting quality food while maintaining kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Duties:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of meals and menu items
- Assisting in menu planning and food preparation
- Monitoring food quality, portion control and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Managing stock levels and food storage
- Inspecting food supplies and ingredients for quality
- Assisting with kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- Maintaining a safe and organised kitchen environment
Qualification:
- AQF Certificate III or Higher
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Employment Condition:
- Full Time / 38 hours per week
Pay: $75,000.00 – $82,203.96 per year
Work Location: In person
