Surat Basin Mechanical & Engineering have positions available for trade qualified mechanics and auto electricians in Miles QLD.
Miles is a 4 hour drive west of Brisbane and has a population of around 2500 people. Miles has a hospital and medical center, all levels of school, sports grounds and swimming pool and great outdoors activities for the weekends.
The position is full time working Monday to Friday with overtime when required. Above award wages are in accordance with the Vehicle Manufactures, Service and Retail award MA000089.
The position is workshop based with some field service work and you would be required to hold the relevant trade certificate with a minimum of two years post trade experience, an open manual drivers licence and obtain an industry White Card. You would need to be self motivated and work as part of a small team. We work on a range of vehicles, trucks, generators, small engines, machinery and auto electrical repairs.
We offer the position to Australian citizens or visa holders that have already completed their skills assessment test. Consideration will also be given for sponsorship under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
