ABOUT THE ROLE
The NDIS Plan Management Officer is responsible for supporting participants by effectively managing the financial components of their NDIS plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Process participant invoices accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all invoicing and financial processes comply with NDIS pricing rules and legislative standards
- Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation, Quality and Safeguards requirements and pricing guidelines
- Work directly with providers to resolve billing issues or discrepancies

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:

High attention to detail
- Ability to liaise, build and maintain rapport with participants, families and carers
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check
- Alignment with the core business values of Empowerment, Integrity, and Respect
