Job Description

Position Objectives

The Administration Officer is a key front-of-house role responsible for providing consistent, professional reception and administrative support across Mallee Family Care's Mildura offices at 122 Ninth Street and 105 Lemon Avenue. The role is often the first point of contact for clients, visitors, volunteers and telephone enquiries and is expected to contribute to a reception service that is welcoming, responsive, safe, confidential and well organised.

Success in this role requires reliable front-desk coverage, accurate administration, respectful communication, sound judgement, accountability for allocated tasks, effective teamwork and adherence to Mallee Family Care policies, safety procedures, privacy requirements and reasonable directions from the Team Leader Reception Northern Mallee.

This is a Part Time role (EFT 0.77).

This position has a salary range of $67,906 - $90,822 (pro rata)

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and Experience:

A person employed as an Administration Officer will require a Certificate 3 in Business Administration or relevant experience in Administration / Reception, and data entry essential.
A current drivers licence, a willingness to travel and preparedness to be accommodated overnight when required.
