Full Job Description

Hills Family Dental Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our dental practice in Kalamunda, WA. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This is a full-time role that will be integral to the continued success of our growing dental business.

What you'll be doing

Manage all administrative and financial aspects of the dental practice, including payroll, invoicing, and reporting
Oversee patient scheduling and coordinate with the dental team to optimise workflow and patient experience
Ensure compliance with all relevant dental industry regulations and guidelines
Lead and manage the administrative staff, providing mentoring and support as needed
Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations
Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory to maintain an efficient supply chain
Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the practice

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) as a Practice Manager or in a similar senior administrative role within the dental industry
Strong understanding of dental practice operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
Proven leadership and people management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, the dental team, and external stakeholders
Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant dental administration tools
Tertiary qualification in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is desirable
