About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our Forster clinic, offering variety and flexibility. You’ll work across a blended caseload of private clients, NDIS participants (including paediatric, adolescent, and adult clients), and aged care clients both within the clinic and in the community.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a varied caseload with strong supervision and mentoring
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans aligned with client goals
- Recommend and trial assistive technology and home modifications
- Build your confidence across private, NDIS, and aged care service streams
- Access weekly supervision and a full New Graduate Framework
- Use clinic-based cars available daily for all community travel
Learn from a Whole Team — Not Just OTs

- Exercise Physiologists
- Dietitians
- Occupational Therapy Assistants

We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Occupational Therapist or newly graduated (AHPRA-registered or close)
- Someone eager to learn, grow, and make a difference
- A clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- A valid driver’s licence (for community travel in our clinic cars)
