Housekeeping-Room Attendants and cleaners- Casual - Immediate Start

Melton South

At ACW Hospitality service is at the core of our business and serving guests is what we do well.

We believe in creating memorable experiences and treating people the way you would like to be treated. so our housekeeping teams are staffed by trained, dedicated individuals who strive to provide an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role

Service and clean guest rooms ensuring that rooms are immaculately presented to facility standards and as required.
Follow all OHS requirements and standards for the workplace including handling amenities, chemicals and equipment
To maintain a safe, efficient and harmonious workplace.
To always maintain work areas in a neat and tidy state.
Maintain professional and respectful relationships with hotel management and guests
Assist with other housekeeping and cleaning duties as required

About you

You're an energetic, passionate individual with experience as a Cleaner/Room Attendant or alternatively you're someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn, as training will be provided to the right candidates
You're willing to go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience
You ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for your guests
You enjoy working with people and love being part of a team of individuals who serves and cares about others
You work fast and thoroughly with excellent attention to detail
You're professional, respectful and have excellent communication and customer service skills
You have good time management and organisational skills
You're able to follow direction and work independently
You know how to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
You have flexibility to work across a 7 -day shift arrangement. Shifts are 4-6 hrs.
A Police check is required .
