Location: Ravenhall, VIC
Responsibilities:
- Operating earthmoving equipment (ie. compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers)
- Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times
- Inform and assist drivers and/or members of the public of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials
- Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel and other materials to compact and/or cover waste in accordance with company/contractual requirements and applicable regulations
- Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations
Essential Requirements:
- Current Drivers Licence (Essential)
- ADT, Front-End Loader, Excavator, Bulldozer & Compactor tickets (Essential)
- Experience and or qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment ideally in the waste industry.
- Good work ethic
- Commitment to safety & Self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude
