Band 5 - Salary Range $81,006 to $ 93,280 per annum + 12% Super + ADO

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manger, Capital Delivery, this role supports an important part of councils Capital Delivery Program.
As the Business Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in Supporting the Manager of Capital Delivery and Senior members of the team whilst overseeing and
supervising Business Support Officers, to undertake all administrative tasks necessary to support the successful delivery of the Capital Program, ensuring compliance with Council policies and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake all administrative tasks necessary to support the successful program delivery of the Capital Program and Business Unit.
- Delegate, supervise and assist with the preparation of correspondence, organising meetings and miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Delegate, quality check and assist with the preparation of documents including letters, memos, and service specifications agreements.
- Support and delegate project administrative tasks as required and as requested by the Senior Portfolio Leads, PMO and wider team members within the Capital Delivery Business Unit.
- Maintain and develop project and contract records for reporting purposes and referencing within the team.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Post-secondary qualification in administration, project management or relevant experience with little relevant work experience, alternatively lesser formal qualifications with relevant work skills.
- Experience establishing processes and procedures to support the planning and implementation of projects within a local government or community services context.
- Excellent team leadership skills and ability to implement personnel practices and personal and professional development of staff working in project teams.
- Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
