Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Port Melbourne
Brand new school that is not yet at full capacity is looking for an experienced OSHC leader who can grow with the service as enrolments increase. You will be a great communicator and adept at building positive relationships with the school community, families and children.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 7:00 - 9:00am
After school care: 3:00 - 6:30pm
Total Hours: 29.5

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
