Get Your Visa is a leading Australian migration consultancy assisting a large and diverse client base with visa and immigration matters. We are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Australian Migration Case Administrator to join our growing team in Melbourne.
This role is for someone with admin experience, preferably in the Australian migration industry, who is organised, professional, and confident in communicating with clients. The successful candidate must be able to speak Spanish and/or Italian, as the role will involve supporting and communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
The Role
As a Case Administrator, you will support our migration team in managing visa and immigration matters for clients. You will assist with client communication, document collection, file preparation, application support, and general case administration.
This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist migration agents and case managers with visa and immigration matters
· Communicate professionally with clients in English, Spanish, and/or Italian
· Collect, review, and organise client documents
· Prepare and maintain client files and records
· Follow up with clients regarding required information and documentation
· Assist with drafting correspondence and preparing application materials
· Ensure internal processes and deadlines are followed accurately
· Provide general administrative support to the migration team
Qualifications and Experience
· Have a minimum of 12 months’ administration experience
· Are able to speak Spanish and/or Italian
· Are a fast learner, proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
· Have excellent English communication and people skills
· Have strong attention to detail and organisational ability
· Can follow processes accurately and work under deadlines
· Want to work in a positive, dynamic environment with professionals who love what they do
